excellent stay!
same floor warm smiles
the hotel arranged our rooms on the same floor. it was very convenient for our family. the reception team was always ready to help. their warm smiles.
the walls were poorly insulated. it was easy to hear doors slamming. i could hear people walking in the corridors.

mixed feelings about my stay
sewer smell small room
The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell that they tried to treat. It kept returning. the double room felt quite small. there wasn't much space to store clothes. it felt more suitable for a one-night stay.

tram station varied breakfast great location
the staff were very cute and spoke english very well. breakfast was very good and varied with many options day by day. the location was very good and close to beyazit tram station and grand bazar.
the spa is extra charged and massage is not included. they call it hamam, but it is 'self' hamam.

solid stay near main attractions
clean room daily water convenient location local restaurant
i found the rooms spotlessly clean, complete with fresh towels and daily bottled water. air conditioning worked well, and the tea and coffee facilities was a nice touch. the hotel location was useful for sightseeing, about 15 minutes walk to major sites. casual local restaurants nearby offered various choices.
the room size was smaller than i expected.

staff provided helpful assistance whenever i needed it, and they also were available around the clock at the front desk. storing my luggage after checkout was possible at the hotel. english was spoken very well by the staff.

the hotel offered easy access to the river. transport connections were close, including the t1 tram line, which connects to buses and metros. plenty of money exchange options are nearby with good rates and without commission. many restaurant options are also near the hotel.

the breakfast included varied options each day. the views from the terrace during breakfast was quite amazing. i enjoyed the turkish tea and coffee that was available. the breakfast room included a balcony.
